1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using glunie ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. User Content

You may submit content, including places, ratings, comments, and photos ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you:

  • represent you have rights to submit it,
  • grant glunie a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for operating and improving the Service,
  • acknowledge content may be moderated, removed, or rejected if it violates these Terms.

You remain responsible for your User Content.

5. Content Standards

You must not upload or post content that:

  • is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, threatening, or abusive,
  • infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights,
  • contains malware, spam, or deceptive material,
  • is irrelevant, misleading, or intentionally false.

We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts for violations.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

  • We may review and moderate User Content.
  • Photo uploads may require approval before public display.
  • We may take enforcement actions including content removal, temporary restrictions, or account bans.

7. Service Availability and Changes

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example map/search, authentication, infrastructure, anti-abuse). Their terms and privacy policies may apply.

9. Health and Safety Disclaimer

glunie provides community and third-party information for convenience. It is not medical advice. You are solely responsible for dietary decisions and allergy safety checks.

10. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including branding, design, and software (excluding User Content), is owned by glunie or licensors.
  • You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit the Service except as permitted by law or written permission.

11. Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, including details on processor DPA arrangements, international transfer safeguards, and representative contacts where applicable.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, abuse, security risk, or legal reasons.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, glunie is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data/profits arising from use of the Service.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold glunie harmless from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of operation. Add your exact governing law and venue before publishing.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

19. Anti-Spam and Abuse Protection
